where

“Villa Spadara” a Forio d’Ischia, Via Calosirto 84, Tel. 081 986131 – 081 989584.

We will be guests in a beautiful farmhouse, entirely at our disposal, located within a vast citrus orchard in the Forìo di Ischia hills, at 80m above sea level. Villa Spadara is an ideal point of departure for walks and excursions, offering the tranquility of one of the greenest areas of the island and the comfort of reaching both the beach of San Francesco and the village of Forìo, where it is possible to make use of public transport, in a few minutes on foot.
Villa Spadara offers ample and refreshing spaces for our activities as well as a marvellous terrace with a sea view, which we will use to dance in the evening before or after dinner.
There is a large thermal pool at our disposal, which we will use with water “cooled down” to 36 degrees during the day (the natural springs are 60 degrees!) for the aquatic biodanza sessions in the evenings.

Accomodation

From the dinne of monday 31 july, till the lunch saturday 5 august. We have opted for the most favourable solution, which is that of full-board (wine and coffee excluded) and have the entire building at our exclusive disposal. There are single, double and multiple rooms equipped with bathrooms, bed-linen and towels. Rooms are cleaned daily, while bed-linen is changed on a weekly basis and towels twice weekly.

What will we do

There are no specific requirements for participating in our holidays or activities. It is not necessary to know how to dance. Simply bring yourselves, with your heart and the pleasure of sharing emotions and moments of your life with other great people.

One or two sessions of activities a day (approx. seven/eight in the course of our holiday) alternating and integrating various possibilities, while also enjoying free time, rest and the sea situated right in front of us.
We will spend one day in one of the magnificent thermal gardens, while another will be dedicated to a boat trip around the island, with landings reserved exclusively for us, stopping here and there for a swim, according to our wishes.
Many other trips and entertainment activities will be possible and optional: Take a ride on the island with rental scooter, a tour on the Epomeo mountain overlooking the entire island from above, visit the Mortella botanical garden, considered the most beautiful in Europe.
Biodanza sessions will be proposed at least once a day, in the beatutiful panoramic terrace of 200 square meters, in the morning and in the evening hours, before or after dinner.
The “Aquatic Biodanza” sessions in thermal water (at a depth of 135m – you can touch the bottom and don’t need to know how to swim) will be proposed twice in the course of the week.
